All orders are processed within 24hrs with a maximum of 3-4 days for printed items.

all shipments require a signature, so please use a delivery address where a signature can be obtained at the time of delivery.

Charges

Charges are calculated on the nett value of the item/s before VAT.

Larger items for example Hard Hats, are calculated on size and will automatically be charged at the next rate band.

Orders From £5.00 to £10.99 ....... £3.00 plus Vat

Orders From £11.00 to £19.99 ..... £3.90 plus Vat

Orders From £20.00 to £29.99...... £5.06 plus Vat

Orders From £30.00 to £59.99........£6.78plus Vat

Orders Over £60.00 .................... £7.45 plus Vat

Europe

All Oders are shipped via Royal Mail or Courier and require a signature by the consignee or their agent. Please arrange a delivery address where a signature may be obtained by the Courier.

Orders from £6.00 to £11.99 ....... £8.69 plus Vat

Orders from £12.00 to £19.99 ..... £12.36 plus Vat

Orders from £20.00 to £49.99 ..... £16.56 plus Vat

Orders from £50.00 to £100.00.......£28.00 plus Vat

Orders from £101.00 to £200.00....£32.50 plus Vat

Collection in Person

You can collect pre ordered and paid for goods from our Romford (Essex) Branch, you can also pay at collection point by cash if preferred. All goods must be pre ordered via website or telephone ordering

Just add the items to the basket then Click on select Your Country Scroll down to collect in store Romford Essex, then Click on Update Shopping List, this will delete any shipping charges orinally shown, Click Checkout we will send you a normal despatch email notifying you that the goods are available for collection, and giving you details of how to collect etc. Please do not proceed to collection point without prior autorisation or notification email.

Goods cannot be purchased at the collection point as it will not be our warehouse address, and the collection point will not hold all items sold on the website

Returns & Refunds

Items not required

We at The Company aim to provide you with as much information as we can about each product so that you can make an informed purchasing decision. However, to give you additional confidence, we will allow you to return any item if it is not what you require within 7 days of receipt as long as it has not been used and is returned in its original undamaged packaging smoke free. The cost of returning goods will be the responibily of the customer, except when the circumstances where goods have been wrongly sent by the company.

All you need to do is to contact us on 01708 341415 or email returns@bksafetywear.co.uk and we will issue you with a Returns Code, explain our simple Returns Procedures and discuss with you the easiest and most convenient way for you to return the item(s) to us. You should then return the item(s) to us by the agreed method together with a completed Goods Return Form which will have been sent to you with your original order. Unfortunately we cannot accept proof of posting as confirmation of delivery.

Upon receipt of the item(s) we will refund the full value of the item(s) subject to them being unused and in their original condition and packaging, this includes smoke free.

Faulty, Incorrectly Supplied and Damaged Items

If an item has been incorrectly supplied, received damaged or is faulty then all you need to do is follow the Returns Procedures detailed above. We will then arrange postage of the item(s) free of charge.

Upon receipt of the item(s) we will refund the full value of the goods and any carriage costs.unless the customer whises to continue with the sale and the goods will be replaced.
