These Terms and Conditions govern the supply of goods sold by BK Safety & Workwear Limited (herein known as The Company) of 19 Hailsham Road Romford Essex RM3 7SP ("we" and "us") to the customer ("you") these constitute the entire and only agreement between us in relation thereto. All orders placed are subject to acceptance by delivery of the goods to you at which point a legally binding contract is constituted between us on these Terms and Conditions. Payment All credit cards are accepted in accordance with our internet payment processing company, All transactions are in pounds sterling. Delivery The Company Delivery Charges in Mainland UK are as follows:
Orders from £0.00 to £5.99........£1.28
Orders from £6,00 to £11.99.......£2.55
Orders from £12.00 to £19.99......£3.40
Orders from £20.00 to £59.99......£5.06 Orders Over £60.00....................£7.61
We Ship goods via Royal Mail,Fastway Couriers and DHL normally within 24hrs of receipt of orders placed during working hours and before 3.30pm monday to friday.
All shipping and transported items require a signature as proof of delivery, if you are un able to supply a delivery address where someone is availabale to sign a delivery receipt for your order, then please nominate a another delivery address where someone is available to sign. This does not include a coment please leave next door. it should also be noted that should a courier not be able to deliver on their arrival a collection note is left and you will have to make your own arrangements to pick up your consignment. We are very happy to deliver outside Mainland UK but delivery costs will be quoted upon receipt of order. In most cases the standard service on orders received prior to 4:00pm for delivery to addresses in Mainland UK is that the goods will be delivered within 24hours (i.e. If you place your order before 4:00pm on Monday your goods should be delivered on Tuesday). Most deliveries are undertaken by one of our courier companies or Royal Mail. As soon as the goods are dispatched we will supply you with your track and trace despatch number and the carriers website address. This will enable you to track the whereabouts of your delivery using the track and trace facility on our nominated carriers website. Alternatively you can contact us. The Vat element is clearly detailed on the The Company invoice. Please note that the prices shown are the The Company prices which may differ from time to time. Guarantees The Company takes great care to ensure that all the products featured on this website are of a high quality and in most cases have been tested by our quality control department. As part of our commitment to quality we give 1 year‘s guarantee on all Hand Tool products on this website provided that they have been used, at all times, in the correct manner. However in many cases, due to the exceptional quality of the products, the manufacturers will give much longer guarantees on their products. If a product is faulty and under guarantee you should follow the procedures detailed below. Contract Information and Governing Law A Contract is formed between you and The Company only when you have received confirmation that your order has been accepted and you are notified of the order number on the screen and by E-Mail. For the avoidance of doubt the Contract will be deemed to have been concluded in the United Kingdom and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law and you and The Company will agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts. Complaints We have strict internal procedures for dealing promptly with any complaints our customers may have. The Company will:
- respond to your E-Mail within 1 working day and issue a reference number for future correspondence.
- endeavour to resolve the complaint within four working days.
- contact you on the said date if the complaint has not been resolved to issue you with a name of a contact and telephone number of a higher authority at The Company.
- contact you to apologise and provide reassurance that The Company will do all it can to prevent the problem from occurring again.
