Our aim is to dispatch all orders within 48 Hours (working days) from the day of your order. Please note this does not apply to orders that include embellishments, including embroidery, printing and badges which you should allow 7 to 8 days for printing and 7 to 10 days for embroidery to dispatch time, this is subject to the volume of the order.

Delivery cost starts from £5.50 based on the weight of the order with a maximum of £9.95 per order, this is a next day tracked and signed for service on dispatch.

About our Carrier

DPD are members of one of Europe’s leading services group Geopost, who is wholly owned by La Poste. They operate throughout Europe and Worldwide, with depots in every major city and outlying industrial areas.

How it Works

DPD Local are our main collector and distributor in the UK mainland covering business and domestic deliveries, once your parcel has been collected from one of our depots, it is then transported to a local hub for sorting, here they forward any non mainland and Europe destinations to DPD who take over the long haul destinations.

We have worked with DPD for many years and their service fits with our standards, their Predict system has proven particularly useful to us and our customers, we add to our delivery details your email address or mobile phone number and Predict does the rest. Please note your details are not used for any other purpose other than delivering your parcel. Predict tells you when the your parcel has been collected form our depots and the on the delivery day you will receive a communication with your delivery time, which is a one hour slot, this means you do not have to wait in and if your plans change you can change your delivery to suit you, just by following the link on the delivery email, or the email sent direct from the courier.

If you would like to leave us special delivery location instructions, the required place to do this is online when the courier email notifies you they have your parcel the day before they are due to deliver.

All our deliveries are signed for unless you make a prior arrangement with the courier.

Items not required

We hope you love our products and service, however in the eventuality that there is an issue with your order we provide here clear instructions on what to do to ensure the returns process is as straightforward and fast as possible.

At BK Safetywear we aim to provide you with as much information as we can about each product so that you can make an informed purchasing decision. However, to give you additional confidence, we will allow you to return any item if it is not what you require within 7 days of receipt as long as it has not been used and is returned in its original undamaged packaging smoke free. The cost of returning goods will be the responsibility of the customer, except when the circumstances where goods have been wrongly sent by the company. Please note a 10% re packing and service charge will be levied on items returned in a bad state and not as they where originally shipped.

All you need to do is to email and we will issue you with a Returns Code, explain our simple returns procedures and discuss with you the easiest and most convenient way for you to return the item(s) to us. You should then return the item(s) to us by the agreed method together with a completed Goods Return Form which will have been sent to you upon your request.
